Why I'm Partnering With CLEAN Elements — And What It Means For Your Care
A few months ago, I wrote about something I've believed for a long time: that your physical environment isn't separate from your health; it's shaping nearly all of it. The air you breathe, the water you drink, what's in your walls and cabinets — none of that is background noise. It's data. And it goes both ways — the choices that protect your health tend to be the same ones that protect the planet you're part of.
That post was the philosophy. This one is the next step.
The gap I kept running into
Assessing environmental exposure has always been part of how I work. My training lets me read the clues — your symptoms, your history, your labs, the details of where and how you live — and make well-informed clinical inferences about what your environment is likely contributing to your health. It's a skill I've spent years developing, and it's one I rely on every day.
But even the most educated inference is still an estimate. I could identify that the air in your home was likely playing a role. What I couldn't do was give you real on-site measurements and screening of your home: what's actually in the air in your bedroom, or the water coming out of your tap.
That's the gap CLEAN Elements closes. Now my clinical judgment is backed by hard data from your own home, so we can confirm what I suspect, uncover what neither of us would have thought to look for, and track your progress over time.
Who they are, and why I chose them
CLEAN Elements built something I hadn't seen before in this space: a structured, 100-point framework — the CLEAN Home Index™ — that scores a home's health across four elements: Air, Water, Earth, and Light. Not vague advice. An actual, measurable baseline, plus a personalized plan for improving it over time.
What made them the right partner, specifically, was their standard for recommendations: nothing gets suggested that isn't independently vetted first — no greenwashing, nothing they wouldn't put in their own homes. That's the same bar I hold myself to with everything else in your care, and it's not a bar every company in this space clears.
What this means for your care at Oasis
Starting now, Environmental Home Assessments are part of what I offer at Oasis. In practice, that looks like an in-home walkthrough, real testing and measurement (not guesswork), a written Clean Home Index score, and a plan that folds directly into root-cause care at Oasis — not a separate project, not homework that sits disconnected from your labs and your plan. One picture of your health, finally including the place you spend most of your time. Assessments are available in the Tampa Bay and Jacksonville areas. (Full details, and a way to inquire about pricing, are on my services page.)
Come see it in person
If you want to actually walk through this with me before deciding anything, I'm hosting a free Home Transformation Masterclass — virtual, October 28th at 7:00 PM ET. We'll go through all four elements, the science behind them, and what your own Clean Home Index might already be telling you. No sales pitch, just the education I wish someone had handed me years ago.
The heart of the matter
I didn't start looking at environmental health because it was trendy. I started because I kept meeting people who had done everything they could on their own — the diet changes, the supplements, the protocols they found online — and still felt stuck, for reasons that had nothing to do with anything on their plate. Your home is not separate from your health story. It's one of the last chapters most people never read. I'm glad I finally get to help you read it.
